The "Legitimate Interest" in question is for the promotion of Nathan Earl Street-Style Magician as a business and the advertisement of services provided by said business. The data listed above can be deleted from this website upon request by the person(s) whose data it is (including the event photographer, videographer, or client who gave the Testimonial) and person(s) who appear(s) in said Footage (such as (an) audience (members)). 

Unless consent is given, or such information is made publicly elsewhere via a third party (such as on other public forums or social media websites/ apps), Nathan Earl Street-Style Magician only provides the first initial of persons' first names when uploading Testimonials to this website in order to protect their privacy.
